Information Collection

Data Stored Locally

RunSheet stores all data locally on your iOS device. The following information is collected and stored:

• Profile Information: Driver name, unit number, company name
• Trip Data: Load numbers, routes, miles, dates, stops
• Fuel Logs: Location, gallons, amounts, dates, receipt photos
• Expense Logs: Categories, amounts, notes, dates, receipt photos
• Log Events: Waiting time, layovers, extra pickups/deliveries, trailer switches
• Settings: Pricing rates, preferences, notification settings

Location Data

When you grant location permission:

• Your GPS location is used to auto-fill the trip start city and fuel location
• Location data is processed on-device only
• Location is only accessed when you use the "Use current GPS location" feature
• No location data is transmitted to external servers
